I'm pretty happy to have accidentally stumbled across ZocDoc.com, a site that allows you to schedule a doctor's appointment from the comfort of your own keyboard. No longer must the masses wait on hold to make an appointment only to get get forwarded to the grumpiest worker in the office.

Currently, not all doctors are on ZocDoc, but I'm a bit glad about this. I don't really want to visit a doctor that isn't on top of the latest technology/news in their field. This could be a sign that also reflects the quality of their medical care.
