For a purveyor of hip brands, online retailer JackThreads sure acts like a penny pinching tightwad when it comes to returns. For new and unused merchandise, JackThreads will not issue a refund to one's credit card.

Unfortunately the items you returned were not damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent to you. Those three reasons would be the only time we refund back to the customers credit card. For all other returns customers are issued back store credit that will never expire. I apologize for the confusion and that I am unable to accommodate your request for a reverse refund.
